BNB has a professional conservator on staff and several trained technicians to assist in conservation treatment and restoration of materials in need of higher-end treatment. All treatments are performed using archival materials and reversible treatment methods that are in accordance best practices of the conservation profession and the AIC Code of Ethics.

FULL-SERVICE CONSERVATION TREATMENT

BNB can perform conservation treatment on individual materials or entire collections. Treatments include conservation case binding, recasing/rebacking and hand binding. They are reversible, use archival materials, and are non-damaging and as non-invasive as possible.

Can I drop my book off at BNB?

  • Yes. Our regular hours are 9-4 Monday through Friday. Hours may vary for national holidays.

How long will it take to get my book back?

  • Turnaround time is minimum 1 month
